- location - huge units - residents are cool
Cons:
- landlord is hit or miss on responsiveness - cockroaches definitely a problem here

Wish I could stay!

Very calm, great neighbors, good pest control, heat and water pressure.
Cons:
Owner is not very responsive to inquiries nor maintenance requests, takes a few emails to hear back from them.
Advice to owner:
Please be more responsive :(
