    Good building and neighbors

    Pros:
    Neighbors good, quiet. Building is well maintained with few complaints.
    Cons:
    Cardboard and plastic/glass recycling bins fill up too quickly and are often full. Neighbors don’t break down boxes. Landlord and super are unresponsive
