Spacious and clean studio
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment itself is very clean and very well taken care of. The bathroom looks almost new and the entire apartment was spotless upon move in. Hardwood floors and are beautiful and the kitchen is so spacious. No mice or rodents and no weird random cracks in the wall where bugs can come in.
Landlord is very kind and responsive.
Cons:
Not much sunlight coming in to the apartment because where the apartment is positioned. The most annoying kids EVER on the third floor will not let you work from home with any focus. They run up and down the stairs and scream in the apartment at all hours of the day.
