Great super, location and price

Pros:
Live-in super who works really hard and does a great job, wish he had more help from management though in addressing repairs.
Rent-stabilized unit, decent size and fairly priced. In-building laundry units. Decorates at Christmas
Cons:
Unfortunate roach problem and had a month-long rodent infestation in unit. Floors, stairwells are pretty dirty and due for new carpeting. No dishwasher, tiny kitchens

Prioritize pest control and cleanings to entryway floors and hallways
