Good location, elevator, and a doorman
Cockroach problem due to other unclean tenants, constant smoking from other longterm tenants, on a corner so very loud, walls are thin, ceilings and floors are uneven, bad insulation.
Cheap, great location, great building management
Window units are so/so, and heat is really hard to control. Either way too hot or way too cold.
