Only if It’s Cheap
Former Tenant
Pros:
The space in the apartment was great, especially for the price I was paying. Also, the neighborhood is fantastic, though that has nothing to do with the building.
Cons:
Roaches were a pretty big issue — even for Manhattan standards.
Advice to owner:
Definitely increase the pest control efforts. I know you have weekly spraying, but I don’t think that is enough.

Fine not great
Former Tenant
Pros:
No large mishaps while I lived there, street was quiet, and appliances in the apartment worked fine
Cons:
Roaches,washer/dryer issues (made the whole apartment building humid and sometimes broke)
Advice to owner:
Invest in a better washer/dryer that doesn’t make stairs slippery and fix the bug issue
