Neighbors are quiet, and loud neighbors are discouraged by the property. Loud neighbors moved away quickly (not sure if they were kicked out or chose to move out). Prices are good, neighborhood is great. Building super is responsive.
Basement is gross, I don't use the in-building laundry.
