    Quaint studio apartments with nice bathroom and kitchen

    Pros:
    Accessible to the Q and great upper East side area.
    Cons:
    Neighbor that has been in the building forever and can be very annoying. My apartment had a terrible bug problem even with the exterminator coming religiously every month.
