    Landlord can be unresponsive/doesn’t answer on weekends or past 5, heat doesn’t work well

    Make entry door more secure, ensure heat works properly, answer your phone

    Pros:
    Joseph has been very responsive and flexible, a great landlord to have ask a young person or someone new to NYC

    No noise complaints, walls are thick and neighborhood is quiet

    Tenants are all long-term residents or young professionals

    In my 1+ year of living here I have only seen 1 roach and after a quick call the place was sprayed
