    Location is great, close to public transit
    Cons:
    Lack of lobby/renovated stairwell, visually unappealing and rickety

    Nice, personable, responsible landlord; deposit return was relatively easy
    Cons:
    Very loud and young neighbors several years ago, not sure if this is still the case

    Rat issues and never get my deposit

    No Pros. Good location
    Cons:
    There were rat issues. Many other units also have rat issues. The landlord don’t responded to request. My lock was broken for more than 3 months, and forced myself to hire a lock smiths.
