Building super is friendly
Cons:
No doorman. No elevator. Intercom systems old and don’t work. Don’t think security cameras work either . One of my two sinks hasn’t worked the entire time I lived there. Serious mold issue in the bathroom that never went away no matter how on top of cleaning we were. Also so many packages were stolen while I lived there.
Advice to owner:
Clean carpets and common areas more. Add a better trash system because trash is always piling up and the sound of rats in the middle of the night in garage area is disturbing. Fix package theft.

Building is well maintained. Landlord is quick to respond to issues and maintenance requests.
Cons:
