    Pros:
    Inexpensive, largely unproblematic, landlord is very nice
    Cons:
    Super is not great, he also shot fireworks off the roof one night when I was on my balcony.
    Advice to owner:
    Remove the super

    Pros:
    Responsive super, decent apartments, in a very nice area.
    Cons:
    Saw a huge bug in the hallway in the stairwell, super gets excited around 4th of July and shoots off fireworks from the roof.
