Cons:
The management company is absolutely terrible. If by the Grace of God you do get ahold of someone they are rude and incompetent. I would live on the street before renting from this group ever again.
Advice to owner:
Get out of the business of owning property. Owners and management companies like you are what’s wrong with NYC housing. Department of Buildings should spend more time looking into your building. Renovations being done by non union workers without permits.
