    Pros:
    Super is responsive.
    Cons:
    Stomping of neighbors very disturbing.
    Advice to owner:
    Water dripping on main hallway to be addressed and carpeting of unit for stomps.

    Decent price but hope you like cigarettes

    Rent is fairly priced..much lower than usual NYC prices.
    Cons:
    Super smokes a lot and it rises up going into the apts from the windows.
