Illegally doesn’t have supers / call center

Pros:
Other than the sewage, water leaks, and pests - honestly really love this apartment and sad to leave.
Cons:
All issues are resolved via a 3rd party call center. Serious issues are never fixed because no one is in charge of the individual building.

Rude property managers who are mad at you that their apartment has water leaks, mice, or sewage backups…
Advice to owner:
Get a live-in super, as the law requires
