    A lucky find
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    No rodents or pests of any kind during my lease term. Super and wife are friendly and responsive. Very little noise from the other appartments. Have never had a problem with heat, hot water or water pressure. Very pleased with this building!
    Cons:
    The stairwell could be updated. Wallpaper is quite warn and makes the stairwell look dreary.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep doing what you're doing. I believe the other tenants here are also quite pleased.
