    Loved living here

    Pros:
    Clean building, responsive super, strong heating, great neighbors, never saw any bugs. Nice quiet street, during the winter the trees are lit up with lights.
    Cons:
    My only complaints are that the walls are thin, floors creaky, and apartments are very small.
    Advice to owner:
    Units could use a refresh for the rent price (mainly flooring)
