    Pros:
    Excellent responsiveness for super. Laundry units always available
    Cons:
    Almost no natural sunlight in non-corner units. Extremely unresponsive management company and very difficult application process.

    great building to live in

    Pros:
    lived here for 2.5 years and loved it. living space was a bit small but overall a good apt with good management. exterminator sign up list once a month which was great and the super was always responsive and helpful
    Cons:
    some issues with neighbors with noise but we were able to resolve with management
