Old building, uncaring management
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Decent amount of space -Relatively affordable
Cons:
-Management not very responsive -Bug problems year round -The heat gets blasted and out of your control -Break ins
Advice to owner:
Be a little more responsive, courteous and understanding when tenants bring up issues.
