Pros:
There is laundry in the building and overall everything is well maintained (some of the appliances are a little old).
Cons:
There are really three buildings that share an entrance and sometimes that confuses delivery people when they try to find their way around or to buzz in.

Safe, clean and good place to live'

Pros:
- Safe area, no crazy neighbors
- Management is responsive
- monthly pest control
- no hidden fees or charges
Cons:
- Super is not very responsive
- Packages get stolen easily
- Rent is sent by check and not online / electronic
