    Good first nyc apartment

    Pros:
    The unit was freshly painted and cleaned before moving in, no pest control needed after one full year of living in apartment
    Cons:
    Maintenance often rushed work or did incomplete jobs, packages get stolen sometimes

    Maintenance will never come. If you’re not handy, good luck.
