    apt 7R - DO NOT LIVE HERE

    Pros:
    Very large apartment.. very friendly super
    Cons:
    The owner is slum lord… no heat in the winter and no cooling in the summer.. absolute shit show with my utility bills consistently at $400+ per month. Shitty owner who refuses to look at it as a problem. Apartment has 0 insulation
    Advice to owner:
    Get your shit together
