Cute, clean apartment

Pros:
This is a quiet building on a quiet block. Maintenance requests are handled promptly.
Cons:
The lobby and stairs could be vacuumed and cleaned more.
Advice to owner:
Install cameras in the lobby for safety

Location, that’s it.
Cons:
The super is the cousin of the previous super - meaning he’s not a skilled super and doesn’t know what he’s doing. He’s rude and arrogant and lets the garbage collect forever before emptying them (literally the only thing he does). Avoid this over priced, shitty building. Also, our landlord is holding on to our deposit and legit said “I don’t care.” And the board isn’t helping at all.
Advice to owner:
Invest in a real super. Make your owned shops are renting out do upgrades to their units. Implement a system for the laundry that actually works (the app is garbage), and force tenants to abide by the proper area rug laws since the building is old and everything is so insanely loud.
