    its ok, good for the money

    super quiet, management is nice
    Cons:
    management nice but no answer quickly. heat went off took 24 hrs to repair

    The infestation is gross

    Cons:
    The building doesn’t do extermination, doesn’t care about tenant complaints. Asbestos is growing in the hallway and has been raised to owners and super for nine months. They have done nothing.
