Nice neighborhood, awful management
Cons:
I frequently refer to the management / supers as the "Garbage Nazis" They are OBSSESSED with trash disposal and will patrol the streets at night digging through garbage and will glare at you if you dare to throw anything away. Any maintenance requests will be charged, despite receiving housing and a salary for doing their job
Advice to owner:
Stop the shakedown
