Terrible, Greedy Managment

Pros

Live in super is amazing, some of the best I’ve experienced in the city. They maintain the building and common areas are always clean.

Cons

This review is really about the management as Victor is the actual worst property manager I’ve ever experienced. He’s greedy, rude and racist—if the owners wanted less turnover in the building they would get rid of him because he’s just an awful person.

Neighbors were nice and kept to themselves. Super is responsive and lives in the building.
