Cute Walkup with Helpful Landlord

Pros

The building is always well maintained and clean! The owner/super is very responsive and helpful in making the building feel like a home. Everyone in the building is a working professional that is extremely quiet.

Cons

It is a very steep walk up, if you live on the 4th-5th floor be prepared to not go out as much. This would be the absolute perfect building with an elevator!

Advice to the owners

No comments! This is an amazing place to live.
