Would not recommend

Pros

Great location, right next to Carl Schurz park and the East River. Can easily access the ferry and 6 line. Relatively good size apartment with good light and affordable rent.

Cons

HORRIBLE management, the super constantly ignored us when there were serious issues (no water, no heat, mice, bugs). We had so many issues and would not recommend. No laundry.

Advice to the owners

Do some work on the apartments to get up to safe standards before renting them - amazing location but issues in the building.
