Pretty normal nothing crazy

Pros:
Generally clean building, good location, mostly quiet
Cons:
Some aspects of the apartments (ex. floors) are pretty old and in need of replacing/renovation. Noise from upstairs neighbors and neighboring buildings on occasion.
