The property management is horrible. Truly disgusting and unprofessional people work at this management company. Sotha and Mariame are the rudest people you will ever interact with in your life. They have no iota of respect or professionalism when it comes to communicating with tenants. They refuse repairs in apartments and hang up if you try to call them. They no show appointments with no regard to tenants schedule. They do not uphold their properties to code outlined by the NYC housing department. Mariame presents like a slob, wearing dirty pajamas and slippers to work and to meet with tenants. They may as well be slumlords.
