    Good building overall

    Pros:
    It's spacious and has lots of natural light. Rent stabilized and kinda "cheap" for a 3-bedroom.
    Cons:
    Lots of roaches, no matter what you do and how clean you are. Even with the exterminator coming every month, we still find little ones. No cameras for security reasons, and I had a bunch of packages stolen.

    Great location, nice enough management
    Cons:
    Literally so many roaches no matter how clean you are. Mice too. Water is always scorching in the shower
    Advice to owner:
    Try twice monthly pest control or something
