It's okay but could be way better
Former Tenant
Pros:
1. They finally improved the laundry area and gave tenants machines that accept credit cards. 2. Is not a busy street even though it's two blocks away from the bus maintenance station. 3. Owners are thankfully responsive for the most part. 4. They've moved on to using TaskRabbit contractors to ACTUALLY fix things. 5. Heating works 110%
Cons:
1. Light sleeper? Avoid! The wooden floors are thin so you can hear footsteps, floor creaking, dragging of furniture, etc. 2. There was an instance where hot water & water from one side of the building was NOT coming out for three days straight in winter. 3. If dry air makes your nose bleed. Avoid! The building controls the heater, it's so hot in certains rooms that it feels like a sauna. Might need to put vaseline up your nose otherwise. 4. Some neighbors don't care about recycling & end up giving more work to the cleaning contractor.
