Water and hot water regularly lose pressure or go out entirely for the top floors. Despite constant complaints the super and management do nothing. Heat works but is inconsistent.
Issues with break ins/getting packages stolen, despite being in a locked building.
Pest issues, though management is addressing it somewhat. Garbage is always left out.

Overhaul and fix your water and plumbing, it's constantly breaking down
