Loved living here, still miss it

Pros:
The building is an entire gut reno and the owner did an excellent job with it. The finishes and appliances are great quality. There is also excellent sound insulation between units. I always found management extremely responsive to any issues or questions, and the super (Fernando) was very reliable and capable. I didn't know many of my neighbors, but they were generally quiet and respectful. There's a good grocery store across the street, and lots of good food and shopping options nearby. The 6 is only 2 blocks away.
Cons:
If you have a unit that faces the street, it will be EXTREMELY LOUD all day long. Cars stopped at the red light will blast stereos, people on the street will talk loudly, and it will all sound like it's happening inside your apartment. Wasn't a problem when I was in office 5 days a week but became a huge problem in 2020 and ultimately contributed to me moving out.
