    Nice building but….
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Small building only 6 floor with 4 units in each floor. Fairly clean building.
    Cons:
    Don’t move here if you are a POC. Most of the tenants here have a color problem, meaning the darker you are the more problems you will probably have with your neighbor so be advised.
