Beware of the Rats
Former Tenant
Pros:
The superintendent of the building is amazing. He's very responsive and knowledgeable.
Cons:
There are a lot of rats by the garbage and they climb up to the windows. Don't leave your window open. Also, make sure you have no holes under appliances, because mice will come into your apartment. Lastly, I had to fight to get my security deposit back, keep receipts for everything.
Advice to owner:
Make sure all the apartments are properly sealed up so that mice cannot get inside.
Be more responsive with tenant requests to move to bigger units in the building.
The management company can be MUCH better at customer service to the tenants.
