    Pros:
    absolutely nothing to speak of.
    Cons:
    Most of the tenants are paying rent in cash if that sends up any red flags. Common areas have become filthy. Drugs are being sold freely through building employee.
    Advice to owner:
    Terminate Employees immediately.
