Pros:
very close to grocery stores and necessary goods
Cons:
there was a pest control issue with cockroaches and mice, the rental company was not super responsive and imposed exterminator fees on me despite the fact that I came to the apartment and it was already in a pretty messy state.
Advice to owner:
Kill the freaking mice

Pros:
Semi-flexible lease terms
Good option for a small budget and limited commitment
Cons:
Living with random roommates
Not worth the savings for someone who can afford to pay a few hundred extra p/m
Advice to owner:
Focus on roommate pairing and hold messy roommates accountable
