The neighbors are nice. Only 1 apartment per floor.
Super does nothing, we don’t have a garbage can, building smells. Cameras don’t work, security is up to the tenants. Management doesn’t respond to requests, needs a paint job and hallways are dusty and dirty.
Hire a super that actually takes care of the building. Stop raising the rent especially when the building is falling apart.
