It’s decent, nice location

Pros:
The size of the bedrooms. Water pressure. Location.
Cons:
The hallway smell. Neighbors smoke all day and night.

Worth the Price

Pros:
Our super is very responsive and always sticks to his word.
Garbage and recycling is taken care of almost hourly. I never see them overflowing.
Exterminator comes two times a month and we have never had roaches or rats.
Cons:
NOISY neighbors. Management contacted the neighbors per our request and they did settle down. More a neighborhood problem than management.
Advice to owner:
Please don't raise rent

Terrible management, good super

Pros:
Carlos the super is usually very responsive and neighbors are respectful
Cons:
Management is horrific and you can expect to have to follow up many many times.
