scary and moldy

Pros:
My bedroom in the back of the building over looked a community garden. There is very beautiful crown molding across my apartment. in unit washer and dryer
Cons:
Bathroom and behind washer/dryer has a horrible mold problem. Next door neighbor screams swear words and bangs on walls in the hallway. my lock broke for a month. Ceiling in bedroom collapsed twice due to water leak from unit above
Advice to owner:
Hire more superintendents, fix issues with more than a temporary tape over
