    The space of the unit The amenities offered by the building The privacy of the rooms
    Cons:
    The lack of proper hot water an individual did not have for five months during the winter Landlord tries to change and jack up rent prices illegally contradicting the lease Takes weeks, months, or never to get simple to couples issues fixed Landlord is rude, condescending, and abrasive when issues are brought to light. Lack of communication from maintenance who show up anytime without prior notice
