Pros:
Floor-through apartments are spacious with nice layouts. Landlord is fair and decent.
Cons:
The building is lopsided and the floors are bowing. Poorly taken care of; always full of trash and bugs.
Advice to owner:
Hire an actual super to come by and take care of the building on a regular basis.
