Pros:
The super is excellent.
Cons:
The building management do nothing, never reply to emails or calls, totally incompetent. Noise problems, roach problems. AVOID RENTING HERE!

You are the most incompetent business I've ever dealt with.

Advice to owner:
Better pest management. Better management needed asap.
