The Worst Housing Experience Ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
My apartment is located in the middle of numerous convenience/grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants.
Cons:
My apartment was not cleaned before I moved in. Additionally, I have only lived at this residence for 4 months and the building's super has had to visit on 6+ occasions to remedy issues. Those issues were related to repairs, broken appliances, plumbing, pest control, etc. To this date, I am still experiencing pests, as the building does not have a contracted exterminator. I have not had any peace of mind in the 4 months that I've been here, yet I continue to dish out 2K a month for a 1 bedroom.
