Good First Place For Living Alone

Pros:
The building isn’t too crowded.
The neighbors are friendly.
The neighborhood is lively, has great food options, and close to the subway.
Cons:
The 1-bedroom is more of a jr 1-bd as there is no real living room.
There is no monthly pest control.
