No Major Issues, Responsive Maintenance Team!

Pros:
Maintenance team always responds quickly and helps with pretty much anything I’ve asked for, great neighboring businesses (we love the guys who own the cigar shop below and they are very friendly), I always find street parking in the area, quieter and more low key than similar apartments closer to Lexington Ave, friendly and chill owner
Cons:
Occasionally the front door lock breaks or has to be jiggled to get it to close properly, some instances of package theft, loud fireworks late at night throughout the summer

In unit laundry, nice architecture, roof access
Cons:
NO HEAT, i wake up in the middle of the night and can see my breath!!! Submitted a complaint have not heard of any concrete plan to help. LOUD neighbors across the street keep me up at night with their concert level loudness) music on a Wednesday night at 2 am.
