Pros:
The location is perfect. Central Harlem 15 minutes from Timesqaure near express 2 train. Two blocks from the C or 6 train. Cheap rent.
Cons:
Not well managed. Mice and roaches but they do send an exterminator monthly. People break in and steal packages. Neighbors are dirty and leave food I halls.
Management rarely responds. Heat and hot water is not consistent in the winter.
Advice to owner:
Do better
