Awful building

Pros:
Heat works fantastic, hot water is strong
Cons:
This complex has been suffering for years and is poorly managed by the owner Izora Jones. Unit 1,2, and 4 have bed bug problems that Izora will never address. Every two months the boiler breaks down leaving no hot water for days. The tenant upstairs has been creating problems in this building for years such as defecating in the floor lobby. When addressed to the owner nothing gets done and she doesn’t respond for days.
Advice to owner:
Be more Responsible, get a new boiler, properly exterminate building
