    great location friendly tenants
    Cons:
    health Hazzard... horrible upkeep verbally abusive landlord unskilled handyperson verbally abusive handyperson
    Advice to owner:
    hire skilled repairpersons...invest in the building and do proper & long-term repairs. give building & tenants love or lower your rent.
